We are part of an international Child Abduction Program – TICAP

We are proud to announce that Mr Leszek Zielonka, attorney – at – law, has been listed on TICAP, Turkey International Abduction Platform.

TICAP is a legal initiative aiming to ensure the correct usage of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction of 1980 which Poland is party to.

TICAP concentrates on European countries. Mr Zielonka has been selected to represent Poland on TICAP.  We appreciate this distinction very much and are happy that his commitment in making sure that clients’ rights are duly protected has been noticed and valued.

Our SpecialGuest, Dean of the Bar Association in Bursa (Turkey) Mr. Atila Atik

n April 18, 2018, at the invitation of our office, the dean of the Chamber of Advocates in Bursa (Turkey), Mr. Atila Atik visited Wrocław. On this occasion, together with our guest, we participated in a meeting organized in the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław, and discussed the  cooperation between the two Chambers. The meeting was attended by the Dean, Mr Mirosław Sadowski, the Chairwoman of the Commission for cooperation with foreign countries, Ms. Izabela Konopacka and the legal advisor Delegate for the General Assembly of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław – general partner of the law firm Zielonka – Steckert – Partners, Mr  Leszek Zielonka.

We have joined International Society of Family Law

We are proud to announce that our law firm has joined International Society of Family Law. ISFL is wordwide scholarly association. It is dedicated to the study and discussion of family law and family law cases. The organization brings together lawyers, advocates, judges, law makers and University professors teaching family law.

In last years, we have specialized in cases concerning international family law and cross-border cases.

With very few exeptions, we can state that we usually represent international clients, being both citizens of EU – member states and non-EU member states,  before Polish courts and third parties in the entire territory of Poland.

Divorce in Poland

We have been dealing with divorce in Poland, child custody, visitation,  child and spouse support cases, pecuniary affairs and parental child abduction cases.

We have been dealing with economic aspects of a divorce in Poland, too. This includes division of the company after divorce, abolition of joing ownership before divorce in Poland and division of property after divorce in Poland.

Legal regulations of the agricultural industry in the report of World Bank

At our law firm, we provide legal assistance for entrepreneurs engaged in the agricultural industry in Poland. We undertake cases relating to assisting fur-farms specializing in carnivorous animals, legal assistance during anti – fur campaign and legal assistance for manufacturers of and firms dealing with special nutrition products. Mr Leszek Zielonka, managing partner at Zielonka – Steckert – Partners Law Firm, contributed to the study conducted by the World Bank. The topic of the study was legal regulation of the agricultural industry in Poland. Mr Zielonka has been listed as one of the law experts in the report issued by the World Bank.
